Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1: Platform Name

The full name of this platform is Evo. G Tech Team (世源科技团队), hereinafter referred to as the “Platform.”

Article 2: Platform Nature

Evo. G Tech Team is a technology innovation platform based on the principle of self-management. Through open collaboration and a global perspective, it brings together technological elites to drive the sustainable development of Malaysia’s technology industry and society.

Article 3: Platform Mission

  • Break down barriers of industries, companies, regions, and cultures to foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Integrate technological innovation with social responsibility, enhancing Malaysia’s position in global technological competition.
  • Provide members with the freedom to grow and a global collaboration platform to enhance personal capabilities and societal impact.

Article 4: Platform Objectives

  • Offer diversified technology solutions, including software development, IoT development, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and hardware / software maintenance.
  • Promote green technology and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles to practice sustainable development.
  • Become Malaysia’s leading technology service platform and an international collaboration hub, bridging global technology exchanges and partnerships.

The platform adopts a self-management principle, avoiding traditional hierarchical structures. The framework includes:

  • Project Collaboration Groups: Flexibly formed based on project needs, allowing members to autonomously choose participation, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

  • General Members: Participate in regular projects and activities, sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Core Members: Responsible for major decisions and long-term operations.
  • Partners: External organizations providing resource support or technical collaboration.

Article 8: Member Obligations

  • Abide by the platform guidelines, maintaining its reputation and interests.
  • Actively participate in projects and activities, fostering mutual assistance and platform progress.
  • Support the platform’s sustainable development goals and practice green technology and ESG standards.

Article 9: Member Rights

  • Participate in platform decision-making and activities, gaining global technology exchange opportunities.
  • Receive resource allocations based on contributions, benefiting from platform growth and development.
  • Propose reasonable suggestions to optimize and innovate platform policies.

Article 10: Membership Withdrawal

  • Members may voluntarily withdraw by providing one month’s notice and completing handover tasks.
  • Members who violate platform guidelines or harm the team’s interests may be removed after review.
